Brain Health, Executive Functioning & Dyslexia Services

1:1 sessions offer the opportunity to work directly with a licensed SLP. SLP’s have in-depth knowledge, in the domains of executive functioning, and are skilled at how to set goals and create plans of care to help clients meet their needs. Supportive dyslexia treatment is offered to complement existing school based protocols and programs, for children and adolescents who have a diagnosis. Generally these services are not covered by insurance and are private pay. This will be further discussed with your ST at the time of consultation.

Communication Classes

General communication classes are offered for a variety of age groups, focusing on the areas listed below.

  • Play and literacy skills in toddlers

  • Sign language to support emerging words

  • Confidence in verbal and non-verbal communication

  • Public speaking skills

  • Active listening skills

Communication classes are instructed by speech therapists, but they are not considered a skilled speech therapy service, therefore, these classes are not covered by insurance.

“My active and energetic son had a great time seeing Nikki! She was able to keep him engaged and help him remediate his speech errors in conversation. We were finished with therapy in a few months, just as promised."
