This recognition is a celebration of the vibrant contributions of Latinos, Hispanics, Latine, and Latinx leaders across our region and beyond. From driving entrepreneurship and strengthening the economy to advancing education and representation, our community continues to fuel progress and prosperity.
As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, I am proud to stand alongside so many remarkable leaders who are shaping the future of Cleveland—and the nation.
Some facts about the 2025 Cohort are:
80% are bilingual
56.5% were born in the U.S., 30% born abroad and 12.9% in Puerto Rico
They trace back their cultural heritage to: Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Venezuela, Guatemala, Spain, Honduras, Trinidad y Tobago, Cuba, Nicaragua and Bolivia.
87% have Undergraduate Degrees, 51% have Graduate Degrees
44.7% work in Corporate, 10.6% are Entrepreneurs, 27.1% work in Non-Profit and 15.3% in the Public Sector and 2.4% in Higher Education
24% are part of a board and 24% are interested in joining one
